If an error occurs or something doesn’t work as expected, sending us the log file will help to quickly identify the problem and provide a resolution.  To send the logs in Winclone 6, click on the Support button in the Toolbar.

In the support ticket, enter your name, email address and a brief description of the problem.  Check the box at the bottom “Attach logs”, then click Send.  Our support team will normally review the logs and respond within 24 hours.
