Update Card on File or Cancel your Subscription
Users can visit profile.twocanoes.com or use the links in the Order Confirmation email to update the subscription payment method or cancel the automatic renewal. Below are instructions on how to update or cancel the subscription on Profile.
Log in to your Twocanoes Profile account by going to profile.twocanoes.com and selecting Sign In.
* If you have not yet created an account on Twocanoes Profile, select Activate Account and create an account before signing in.

Enter your User Name and Password and select Sign In.

Select View Accounts Assets.

Find the subscription you need to cancel or update. Then select Update Subscription Card on File to update the payment method or Cancel Subscription to cancel the auto-renewal.


Enter your updated card details or select Cancel subscription.
* A subscription cannot be activated again once it has been canceled. Cancelling the subscription only cancels the auto-renewal. Your license will still be valid until the expiration date.


You will receive a confirmation email once the subscription has been canceled or the payment method is updated.
