Update Mobile Framework in Apple Configurator
Update the Mobile Framework in Apple Configurator to restore the most recent macOS on Admin machines running an older macOS.
1. Connect the Admin machine to a machine in DFU mode.
2. Download the IPSW of the most recent macOS.
3. Open Apple Configurator and drag the IPSW to the DFU machine.
4. When prompted to install firmware, select Restore.
5. Select Quit and Update when prompted for a software update required.
6. Select Install when prompted for Apple Configurator to update Device Support.
7. Once completed, you can use DFU Blaster Pro to restore the latest macOS version.
