Twocanoes Software, Inc (“Twocanoes”) operates the website twocanoes.com. Twocanoes also provides apps for download on Twocanoes’ website and in various app stores. It is Twocanoes’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites and applications.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Twocanoes collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Twocanoes’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Twocanoes’s visitors use its website. Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to Twocanoes’s websites choose to interact with Twocanoes in ways that require Twocanoes to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Twocanoes gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
We do not collect credit card information directly and all credit card information is stored with 3rd party payment processors.

Ads

Ads appearing on any of our websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by Twocanoes and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Comments

Comments and other content submitted to 3rd party anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

Age of Consent

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
