“Feature not available in this edition” warning in Winclone Basic

If you receiving a “Feature not available in this edition” error in Winclone, you can try these steps:

1. Disk to Disk cloning is not support in Winclone Basic.  Make sure you are selecting your Boot Camp partition in sources, then click the Save Image icon in destinations. Click the button in the lower right corner and you’ll be prompted for a location to save the image.
2. Winclone Basic only supports internal drives as sources for saving a clone.  Make sure that you are selecting the boot camp partition that is located on the startup drive internally.
