If you purchase software or hardware and find it isn’t working as expected, there is probably a known solution. Check the forums and documentation, or submit a request with your questions.
However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase made within the last 90 days for software and 30 days for hardware, we will issue a full refund. Hardware is refunded after the item(s) are returned and inspected.
