Refunds

If you purchase software and find it isn’t working the way you expect, there is probably a known solution. Check the forums or our documentation and, if you have Winclone Pro support, submit a request.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, and the purchase was made within the last 90 days, we will promptly issue a full refund.
