Help! I set my Mac partition to be hidden, and now I can no longer select it!

You need to delete the preference file at /Library/Preferences/com.twocanoes.bootrunner.plist. You can restart into the restore partition and use terminal to delete this file, or you can boot from an external drive and delete the file.
