Mouse Disappearing on XCreds Login Screen

Overview of Issue

The mouse pointer on Mac systems at the XCreds login window disappears after 20 minutes.

Cause of Issue

When the Mac setting for Lock Screen: Turn Display Off is set to Never, after 20 minutes of inactivity the mouse pointer disappears on the XCreds login screen.

Workarounds

Workaround: Go to System Settings -> Lock Screen -> Turn Display Off When Inactive and set time for 10 minutes.
