Also included in both support plans is priority feature requests. Submit a feature request and it will be given top priority for consideration in the next update to XCreds.
XCreds Support for Education and Small Organizations
Perfect for schools, small businesses and non-profit organizations. Provides up to two support requests per month and 3 business day response time.
XCreds Support for Education and Large Organizations
Perfect for universities, school districts, enterprise and government agencies. Provides up to five support requests per month and same business day response time. XCreds Support for Education and Large Organizations also includes up to 8 hours of development time to add additional related features to XCreds for the purpose of streamlining and optimizing customer deployments of XCreds.
