Are you having issues with your smart card utility app or the reader itself?
Then reset it…
To reset the app
- Remove any inserted certificates in the app
- Tap on the gear
- Reset all settings
To reset the reader
- Delete bluetooth pairings
- Forget the device
- Press and hold the power button to turn it off (all lights should be off)
- Press and hold the power button until all the lights turn on
Now you can use the reader and app from its default settings. And if you want to test it you can use the test site found on www.twocanoes.com
